Y U E N D I design LLC. is partnering with an architectural firm to provide interior design and architectural construction services for a Texas-based video production company.

The space spans 16,000 square feet and is a two-story building with beautiful modern architecture. The project requires a heavy emphasis on creating a professional soundproof recording space along with an area where employees can work and be creative to their full potential. Project features include a one-of-a-kind showroom design, beautiful bathroom designs with custom glass shelving, and a kitchenette that features a waterfall marble counter with custom lighting pendants. The combination of brick wall tiles with wood finish elements brings the industrial and loft vibe to the space. In addition, this project also focuses on bringing a pet-friendly and kid-friendly space to the table.
