Y U E N D I design LLC. is partnering with architectural firm L.M. Holder III to provide interior design and architectural construction services for a Texas-based video production company.

 

The studio space spans 16,000 square feet and is a two-story building with beautiful modern architecture, with the project requiring a heavy emphasis on creating a professional soundproof recording space along with an area where employees can work and be creative to their full potential. Project features include a one-of-a-kind showroom design, beautiful bathroom designs with custom glass shelving, and a kitchenette that features a waterfall marble counter with custom lighting pendants. The combination of brick wall tiles with wood finish elements brings the industrial and loft vibe to the space.
